Imperial Japanese 5 Sen Ruby & Niiro EDC Fidget Clicker Keychain

$18.00

Precision-cut from stonewashed, acid-etched 400-series stainless steel and paired with jewelry-grade copper, this everyday carry fidget keychain is engineered for long-lasting performance.

It combines several essential tools—a box cutter, bottle opener, screwdriver, clippers, ruler, and caliper—with a satisfying fidget clicker and slider, built to feel reliable and sturdy in every hand.

Unlike cheap plated pot-metal keychains, where the finish wears off or flakes, this piece is machined from solid materials that will patina and become more beautiful with age, developing a unique character over time.

The copper face is engraved with a design inspired by a Japanese 5 Sen coin issued during the Shōwa era under Emperor Hirohito—currency that circulated throughout Imperial Japan during the years surrounding World War II. The surface is finished in a traditional niiro red patina, a historic Japanese metalworking technique that deepens the copper to a rich, enduring tone. The coin’s center hole is reimagined with a hand-set ruby cabochon, creating a bold focal point against the vivid red field and kanji inscriptions. It’s a quiet nod to history, craftsmanship, and the idea that well-made objects are built to endure.

Each piece can be personalized with a custom inscription on the inside at no extra cost. To add your text, please write it in the “Need to leave a note or instructions” section on the last page of checkout, just above your order summary.
