Orders are accepted through PayPal and are processed once payment is received. We currently ship to the USA and Europe via USPS, with orders sent within 1–2 weeks. Because each item is personalized, we do not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with customization, we will send a replacement at no charge.
